Everybody over the age of 18 (with mental capacity), whatever their status should have a Will. There are lots of good reasons for having a Will, but if for no other reason, it makes it far easier and cheaper for those left to deal with your affairs after your death (even if you think you have nothing to leave).
We are not a Will writing company. Will writing companies are not regulated, those offering the service do not have to be trained, nor do they have to be insured. What is more Will writing companies are often not as cheap as they appear, they might not charge much for the initial Will but often they will charge annually to store it for you and charge you administration fees for releasing it to you or your executors. We will store your Will for free and do not charge for releasing it. We are a reputable firm of solicitors who, as part of our general services, advise our clients on Wills and draw them up to reflect their true intentions, and we carry professional indemnity insurance of up to 2million per matter.
Wills are important documents. They often deal with large sums of money so it is important that they are carefully considered and that you fully understand the implications of the wording in them. Something as simple as the order in which clauses are put in a Will can affect how the estate is eventually distributed.

You will need to print this document out, complete the details and post it to us at the address on the bottom of this page. Wills drawn up under this service cost from as little as 100 + vat for one or 160 + vat for 2 mutual Wills. On receipt of your completed questionnaire we will confirm the basis on which we are able to accept your instructions including the likely cost. You will not be liable for any costs by returning the questionnaire to us.
